GRAPE: 
Selection of Grechetto grapes (100%).
VINIFICATION: 
Carbonic pre-maceration at 3-4°C for 2 days, injection of selected yeast and fermentation in 50 HL (1.320,86 gallons) steel tanks.
AGEING BARRELS: 
Maturation and malolactic fermentation in wood barriques.
TASTING: 
brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflex. It presents intense floreal and tropical aromas with final characteristic note of crusty bread., which derives from a combination of yeasts, wood and Grechetto primary aromas.The taste is intense with great balance between acidity and softness, velvety and elegant, opening with flavours of fruit and tasty vanilla.

Excellent with all seafood and lake fish dishes.
PAIRING WITH TYPICAL DISHES: 
Ideal with Trasimeno Lake’s fried fish (fillet of perch and minnows).
